The Grove Apartments

The Grove Apartments is a 55-unit mixed-use, affordable and supportive housing development with 17 apartments for residents in need of support services—in collaboration with New Ground Inc. and Kulka. Completed in 2025, The Grove Apartments offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, and a full suite of modern amenities including Parking, Electric Charging Stations, Playground, Lounge, Laundry Room, Fitness Center, and Energy Efficient appliances. Conveniently situated in East Patchogue’s walkable downtown area—this three building development is close to shopping, the LIRR and public transportation. The Grove Apartments also features accessible units that are fully adapted to support mobility, hearing, and vision impairments.
The Grove was constructed on land rezoned to reduce blight and enhance neighborhood walkability by the town of Brookhaven in line with its Montauk Highway Corridor Revitalization Plan. The project, which received economic incentives from the Town of Brookhaven Industrial Development Agency last year, is jointly owned by Georgica Green Ventures, Hauppauge-based Kulka, and Raymond James Affordable Housing Investments, a St. Petersburg, Fla.-based tax-credit investor. It is designed by Melville-based Beatty Harvey Coco Architects.
