All applicants who submitted their application by the deadline will be entered into the lottery and assigned a lottery number.
The lottery determines the order in which applicants are contacted for eligibility screening. It does not guarantee a unit.
The housing lottery is for 38 newly constructed units at The Grove Apartments located at 400 East Main Street, East Patchogue, Suffolk County, NY. This 55 unit complex is a combination of one, two and three bedroom rental units developed on a 2.78-acre site. Conveniently located near transit and shopping areas, this development will also be home to a non-profit space and retail space.
Income Restrictions Apply – No Application Fee – No Broker’s Fee
On-Site Amenities:
On-site amenities include a children’s playground, fitness room, residential lounge, common laundry room, mailroom and management office. On-site parking will have access to electric vehicle charging stations.
Eligibility :
Sending more than 1 application may disqualify you. Applicants will not be automatically rejected based on credit or most background check info.
